As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather information, understand business requirements, and identify issues and opportunities. You'll contribute to the development of ideas, solutions, and documentation that support operational, policy, and procedural advice within a knowledge tax and superannuation regulatory environment. Your expertise will support the team in analysing and documenting current and future states, user pathways, business rules, business requirements, use cases, solution designs, and design specifications. You'll play a key role in guiding system development through testing and release planning, ensuring alignment with regulatory and operational frameworks. You may also lead a team, overseeing complex business analysis tasks and fostering effective collaboration. Your leadership will support the growth of others through mentoring and coaching, strengthening team capability and driving continuous improvement across business initiatives.
