The key duties of the position include We are seeking a dynamic Human Resource professional to lead the ATO Thriving Minds team. As a Human Resource Director, you will lead a team of dedicated staff across Australia to deliver evidence-based, contemporary, high impact initiatives and activities to promote wellbeing and prevent harm at work. Key responsibilities are overseeing the design and delivery of the ATO's: • Thriving Minds: Mental Health Strategy • Integrated Health, Safety and Wellbeing Action plan • Psychosocial risk management framework (enterprise-level and local) • Employee Assistance Program and in-house psychology services contracts • Mental Health First Aid and Wellbeing Network You will be a key player in the Working Well leadership team, working in close partnership with colleagues and stakeholders across ATO People business line (in particular Work Health Safety, Health, Inclusion and Diversity, Learning and Development and HR Business Partners) ATO business, and more broadly across the APS, to ensure our efforts are fit for purpose and impactful.
