As an Executive Assistant you will be the first point of contact in your senior executive's office, making your ability to build rapport quickly and deliver a great client experience highly valuable. You will be co-located with your senior executive and undertake a variety of tasks which will include: front-of-office duties such as welcoming visitors, handling incoming phone calls and correspondence and directing enquiries diary management: providing daily guidance on priority meetings, emails and actions escalating urgent matters for attention and response tracking follow-ups on action items to ensure deadlines are met scheduling meetings and forward planning, including management of conflicts coordinating meetings and events (on site or virtual) including preparation of electronic and hard copy papers and setting up meeting rooms managing travel arrangements and itineraries, assisting with budget management, credit card acquittals, and handling less complex procurement and financial management tasks communicating with business partners and clients supporting teams across the business line/branch with administrative requirements e.g. ordering stationery, printing, and escorting visitors.
