The key duties of the position include About your team The Property Group is responsible for meeting DHA's delivery objectives for high quality housing through programs such as Strategic Provisioning, Leasing and Acquisitions and supported by Marketing and Investor Support teams. The Business Development function sits within the Leasing and Acquisitions Team and is responsible for the sourcing and delivery of new properties to the portfolio via lease or acquisition, via long-term supply agreements supporting the future pipeline of provisioning across the national portfolio of properties. About the role In this role, you will provide oversight and leadership and motivating a high performing team while providing clear direction, focusing on staff performance and ensuring that resources are effectively and efficiently managed to achieve business outcomes. You will ensure you coordinate business improvements for strategic business initiatives; project manage the delivery of programs and coordinate and report progress against other dependent programs. You will monitor and manage team goals to ensure operational and financial performance targets are met, assess workforce planning, asset management, contractual requirements, and performance outcomes for the team. You will lead the team to deliver high quality customer service outcomes to all stakeholders.
