Make an Impact The Project Officer plays a key role within the Project Management Office (PMO) at Endeavour Foundation, supporting the PMO Manager and Project Managers in the effective coordination and delivery of multiple projects across an organisation-wide portfolio. The role is responsible for coordinating administrative and documentation tasks that underpin strong project governance, consistent project management processes, and timely reporting. Working closely with a broad range of stakeholders, the position helps maintain alignment and momentum across the entire project lifecycle. As part of a high-performing team, this role contributes to ensuring projects are well-managed and deliver meaningful outcomes. Key duties of this role are to: Provide coordination and administrative support across multiple projects, including maintaining documentation, schedules, resource tracking, and risk registers. Support the PMO Manager with portfolio-level governance, reporting, and oversight, ensuring project information is accurate and delivered on time. Assist Project Managers with creating and managing project plans, steering committee packs, budget tracking, and status updates throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate stakeholder communication and engagement by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and following up on actions. Organise travel, logistics, and engagement activities to support project delivery and implementation across various sites. Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting updates to project dashboards, tracking benefits realisation, and refining delivery processes and tools. With strong organisational and time management skills, you can manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and producing high-quality work. To succeed in this role, you will have: Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Project Management, Public Administration (highly desirable). Formal training in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Prince2 Foundation, or PMBOK-aligned certification (e.g. CAPM). Demonstrated experience in providing administrative project support across multiple projects of varying sizes, within an organisation-wide portfolio. Proficient in reporting and project tools including Power BI, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and other relevant software applications. High level interpersonal and communication skills to develop relationships with team members and stakeholders. You will be required to undertake a “Fit2Work” National Criminal History Check and hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
