A Day in the Life of a Support Worker As a Support Worker, you'll be a vital part of our clients' lives, providing essential care and support that empowers them to be more independent. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting adults with personal care and daily living skills. Planning and attending appointments and activities to promote social interaction and skill development. Completing daily case notes, administrative tasks, and incident reports. Mandatory Requirements A current NSW Driver's Licence and a willingness to drive. A current First Aid & CPR Certificate . A paid Working with Children Check (WWCC) National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check ( NDISWC) . Qualifications in Disability Services, Community Services, or Individual Support are highly regarded. You must be available to complete our mandatory one-week comprehensive induction program.
