We specialise in creating high-quality residential and commercial outdoor environments, offering services ranging from design and softscape/hardscape construction to long-term maintenance. We are currently looking for a skilled and passionate Landscape Gardener to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional landscaping services to our valued clients. The Role As a full-time Landscape Gardener, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and maintaining outdoor spaces. This role suits an experienced individual who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and can thrive in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Carry out planting, turfing, pruning, mulching, and general gardening tasks. Construct garden features such as retaining walls, paths, decks, and irrigation systems. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools. Interpret landscaping plans and ensure projects are completed to specifications. Maintain health and appearance of gardens through seasonal care routines. Adhere to safety procedures and company standards at all times. Requirements Proven experience in landscaping or gardening (minimum 2 years preferred). Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture (or equivalent experience). Sound knowledge of plants, soil, and garden maintenance. Strong physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks in varying weather conditions. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A valid driver’s licence is preferred. What We Offer Competitive salary package between $70,000 – $80,000 per year plus super.
