Customer Service Manager We are a well-established Australian owned family business based in the South-West that has been in the steel and Aluminium industry for over 60 years. Our customer base is rapidly growing, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated person to drive Customer Service & Order Management within our growing and dynamic team. The Position Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a small customer service team to deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience. This key leadership role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a strong commitment to continuous improvement, and a hands-on leadership style that fosters team development and performance. You will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining service standards and driving customer satisfaction.
