Description Full-time, ongoing position To commence September 2025 We are seeking a highly motivated and team-oriented person to join the Ballarat Grammar Property and Services team in the role of Qualified Gardener. This exciting position will focus on designing, constructing and maintaining a variety of gardening projects across all of the School campuses. Skills And Experiences KEY SELECTION CRITERIA Extensive understanding of principles of garden and lawn maintenance. Excellent knowledge of plant types, trees and lawn installation and maintenance. Strong understanding of health and safety procedures, including use of chemicals. Ability to contribute positively within a team environment. Ability to identify and discuss issues, with a solution focussed mindset.
