Lead the strategic development and innovation of our lotteries and Keno product portfolio, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our games by identifying growth opportunities, driving product innovation, and delivering compelling, customer-led experiences. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and creative problem-solving. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams – including Marketing, Game Management, Strategy, and external partners – to bring new products to life and enhance existing offerings. Your leadership will be instrumental in translating insights into actionable strategies that drive engagement, revenue and long-term brand value. Please note this is a 12 month contract based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne. What you’ll do Develop and execute lottery and Keno product development strategies aligned with organisational goals. Create product roadmaps to strengthen competitive position and respond to market trends. Lead cross-functional collaboration for growth, innovation and new game development opportunities. Engage with strategic partners to identify long- and short-term business opportunities. Collaborate with Commercial and Finance teams to build business cases and commercial models. Analyse competitors and market trends to inform product and promotional strategies. Work with Technology, Digital and Brand teams to ensure product feasibility, compliance and lifecycle optimisation. Monitor and evaluate performance of existing products, using data to improve features and customer experience. Gather and interpret customer feedback to support player-centric product strategies. Prepare reports and present actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. What you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology or equivalent. Minimum five years in a related commercial, product or marketing role. Proven experience managing successful product portfolios and leading innovation initiatives. Strong commercial acumen. Understanding of research and development processes and methodologies. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, and cross-functional teams. Understanding of the lottery industry and its regulatory environment is desirable.
