Key Responsibilities ► Client Consultation: Consult directly with property sellers/landlords to develop compelling visual presentations of their listings, negotiating design solutions with sales/production teams and finalizing approved design briefs. ►Property Marketing: Design high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, minimags, slideshows, and sales tools, to promote property listings effectively. ►Brand Collateral: Develop brand-aligned graphics for social media, event branding, and corporate materials, ensuring consistency with Ray White’s branding guidelines. ►Signage and Visual Elements: Create property boards, signage, and other visual assets for properties and real estate events. ►Collaboration: Work closely with real estate agents, photographers, and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency and accuracy of property information. ►Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality. ►Mentorship: Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment. ►Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in real estate marketing. ►Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs meet Ray White’s high standards for creativity, quality, and brand alignment. Requirements ►Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. ►Experience: Minimum of 5 years of graphic design experience, with at least 3 years in real estate & property industry. ►Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools such as Canva. Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere,After Effects) is a plus. ►Design Expertise: Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition, with a keen eye for visual detail.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the real estate market and current design trends in property marketing is preferred. ►Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively with diverse teams, including real estate agents and marketing professionals. ►Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output. ►Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing relevant design work, particularly in real estate, marketing, or branding.
