Overview of the Role: We’re seeking an experienced agency leader to guide a high-performing, cross-functional team of creatives, strategists, and digital experts across 15 clients. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the agency, develop a deep understanding of our Theory of Growth, and embed fundraising excellence into both client delivery and agency-wide strategy. As an Agency Lead, you’ll be responsible for empowering your team to work seamlessly together, leveraging their unique strengths to deliver exceptional results. You’ll play a key role in driving agency growth through outstanding service, strong client retention, and identifying opportunities for strategic expansion. Acting as a critical liaison between your team, other Agency Leads, and the Executive team, you’ll ensure clear communication and alignment with agency-wide goals. We’re looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can navigate complex client needs, and understands the unique challenges and opportunities of the not-for-profit sector. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract (September 2025 - October 2026), reporting to the CEO. It can be based in Victoria, NSW, QLD or South Australia. What You Will Be Doing: Client Leadership & Delivery Lead strategic discovery and insight development across complex fundraising and digital accounts. Present fundraising strategies and project recommendations to senior stakeholders, boards, and cross-functional teams with clarity and confidence. Serve as the key point of contact for assigned high-value clients, building strong relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and strategic alignment. Ensure client partnerships are built on clearly defined goals, success metrics, and actionable priorities that deliver performance. Own client escalation, resolving challenges swiftly and ensuring positive outcomes. Oversee the delivery of strategic components of projects, offering hands-on support, mentoring, and quality assurance for team members. Translate data, sector trends, and client-specific insights into focused strategies and opportunities for growth. Commercial & Operational Leadership Manage team performance, workload, and resource planning to ensure efficient service delivery and profitable project outcomes. Track, forecast, and report on resource needs, revenue performance, and commercial risks, using data to drive decision-making. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget by anticipating challenges and proactively solving problems. Lead prioritisation and planning across client workstreams, balancing delivery needs, commercial targets, and team capacity. Collaborate with agency leadership to streamline operations, align processes, and support cross-team initiatives that improve delivery. People Leadership Build and lead a high-performing team that values collaboration, communication, and continuous learning. Develop team members through regular performance reviews, coaching, and by identifying skill development opportunities in partnership with Craft Leads. Identify succession planning needs, support recruitment, and contribute to team performance calibration. Champion cross-functional collaboration across the agency, ensuring your team contributes to ntegrity’s values-driven culture. Act as a mentor and coach for strategists and senior consultants, building sector expertise and strategic capability. What We Need You To Have: Demonstrated ability to lead agency teams and partner with not-for-profit organisations to deliver strategic, measurable outcomes. Deep knowledge of the not-for-profit sector, including fundraising trends, products, and performance benchmarks. Proven success navigating complex client relationships within an agency or consulting environment, confidently managing competing priorities and project complexity. Strong commercial acumen, including experience in resource planning, budgeting, and profitability oversight. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to C-suite, boards, and cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of digital and fundraising tech stacks (e.g. CRM, CMS, marketing automation, analytics platforms). Confidence working with data, including building forecasts, dashboards, and models for performance, segmentation, and impact. Experience coaching teams, leading strategy workstreams, and uplifting organisational capability. This Role Won’t be a Good Fit If: You haven’t led agency teams and partnered with not-for-profit organisations to deliver strategic, measurable outcomes at scale. Your experience is more focused on executing campaign tactics than setting and guiding high-level strategic direction across teams. You’re uncomfortable leading cross-functional teams or lack experience coaching others to grow their craft and performance. You don’t feel confident guiding teams to use data to inform strategy, forecast performance, or evaluate impact. You find it challenging to oversee multiple complex clients or projects while maintaining a high standard of strategic delivery. You prefer working independently rather than fostering collaboration, alignment, and a strong team culture. You haven’t developed or led teams across a diverse mix of fundraising channels or donor engagement strategies. You struggle to lead through ambiguity and change, or find it difficult to provide clarity and direction in evolving contexts. Why ntegrity? You’ll help good grow.
