This field-based role will focus on providing preventative maintenance, service, and installation solutions across commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Your primary responsibility will involve performing diagnostic repairs and preventative maintenancespanning commercial, retail, hotel, and industrial environments. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, including project managers and service coordinators, to ensure exceptional customer service and system reliability. Strong diagnostic skills and commercial system experience are essential. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance on commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems Conduct fault diagnosis and repair work across diverse commercial environments Complete installations of HVAC&R equipment and components Provide technical service support to commercial, retail, hotel, and industrial clients Participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergency service requirements Maintain accurate service records and documentation using company systems Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations Communicate effectively with clients regarding system status and recommendations Contribute to team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives Why Join This Organisation?
