You’ll coordinate approvals, agency relationships, and campaign set up to ensure timely , engaging, and effective appeals. Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Coordinate end-to-end content delivery for campaigns across DM, EDM, SMS, and web . Review, writing and/or edit content for direct marketing campaigns to align with brand, tone, and compliance standards. Collaborate with content teams to source stories, images, and program assets for campaigns. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance supporter engagement . This role is based in our Mascot office and will work a hybrid model, including two days in the office per week. Who are we looking for ? The successful candidate will have a deep commitment to Caritas Australia’s mission to end poverty and injustice by promoting human dignity for all, as well as a dedication to the principles of Catholic Social Teaching that guide our global efforts. They will have a mix of the following qualifications, skills and experience: 2 years’ experience coordinating and reviewing appeals, ideally in the not-for-profit sector. Proven ability to brief and manage external agencies and deliver campaigns across digital and print channels. Strong writing and editing skills, with experience creating content that drives supporter engagement.
