This role is ideal for a commercially minded sales professional with a strong background in account management, looking to take ownership of key national accounts and drive growth. Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of day-to-day relationships with major retail accounts, fostering trusted partnerships through regular engagement; Develop and deliver strategic joint business plans to drive profitable growth and meet shared objectives; Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencing buying decisions and cultivating long-term brand loyalty; and Manage range reviews, promotional plans, new product launches, and customer presentations with a focus on excellence and efficiency. Skills & Experience Required Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales Account Management within the consumer goods and/or FMCG industry; Demonstrated success in managing national or major retail accounts, with a track record of driving sales growth and delivering results; Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data, forecast demand, and manage trade investments effectively; Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels; and Hands-on, adaptable, and collaborative mindset — comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
