We're looking for a Hard Services specialist who gets excited by HVAC optimisation, enjoys troubleshooting integrated building systems, and takes pride in keeping critical infrastructure running flawlessly. Reporting to the Facilities Manager and working closely with internal teams across the Organisation, this role is responsible for coordinating essential services and ensuring the reliability and compliance of key building systems, including HVAC, CCTV, Dynalite, and Integriti. You will oversee both routine and emergency maintenance activities, manage external contractors, and contribute to minor works and capital projects to ensure compliance, asset management, and operational safety across the Centre.
