Job specification Conduct incident management and complaint management process, including the identification, logging in relevant databases, root cause analysis, document proposed Remediation plans for internal and external approval and relevant correspondence following through to resolution Maintain incident management and complaint management procedures and protocols to ensure effective handling, incorporating any improvements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness Communicate with complainants to provide updates and resolve issues satisfactorily Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements, including those specific to the superannuation industry Submit regular reports on incidents and complaints, including analysis and recommendations for improvements, including identifying and reporting any systemic incidents and complaints Work as a team to ensure incidents and complaints are managed within agreed service levels Skills Required: RG146 General Advice in Superannuation Previous experience working in the Superannuation Industry in fund administration for 5 years Strong understanding of Financial Services Industry, with knowledge of key legislation and regulatory environment Excellent interpersonal skills Well-developed PC skills eg.
