As a Project Design Management Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience across our residential projects, developing a strong understanding of how effective design delivery drives project outcomes, maximises value, and minimises risk. Working closely with the PDM team, you’ll split your time between the office and site, gaining exposure to the systems and processes tailored to each project. You’ll also build a solid foundation across all phases of the design process, with opportunities to apply this knowledge in a practical setting. If you meet the following criteria, please apply: Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen Availability to work a minimum of 2-3 days per week A current Driver Licence and access to a car Penultimate year of your Bachelor or Masters’ degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, and due to complete your studies in 2026 Display an innate curiosity, eagerness to learn, positive can do attitude Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to problem solve in a dynamic, fast paced environment Collaborative nature, with the ability to form strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders Passionate about delivering customer focused quality, leaving a positive legacy in the communities in which you operate Application Process Applications will be reviewed across August and September.
