What You’ll Be Doing As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and our workshop team. Your role includes: Being the first point of contact for service customers Explaining service needs, costs, and timelines clearly and professionally Keeping customers informed and comfortable throughout the process Working closely with the workshop to coordinate services efficiently Delivering outstanding customer experiences every day What We’re Looking For A confident communicator with a genuine customer-first approach Highly organised and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure Positive attitude and strong team spirit Basic computer skills Valid QLD C-Class driver’s licence (manual or auto) Bonus If You Have Previous experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality, or automotive role Interest or basic knowledge of vehicles or servicing Experience using dealership management systems (e.g., Tune) Sales or upselling experience Familiarity with warranty or insurance claim processes No Industry Experience?
