We are currently seeking a dedicated, passionate and qualified Early Childhood Educator to undertake a full time role at Headstart kindergarten. These services have strong community connections and have been supporting children & families and surrounding area for over 50 years. The role will require you to provide a culturally safe and quality educational program for the children and families in supporting positive outcomes for each individual child. About the role The ideal applicant will have previous experience in a similar role and the following key skills: The role of the Early Childhood Educator is key in supporting the Early Childhood Teacher in the delivery of the kindergarten program. The position requires you to work full time, Monday to Friday. Passion for connecting with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families within the Townsville community Ability to work with the schools within the Townsville community This is a stand-alone kindergarten which provides a program for children turning 4 and operates in school term times only.
