Reporting to the Projects Superintendent, an opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated Project Coordinator to join the Oaky Creek Coal team. In this role, you will be responsible for: Effectively coordinating and overseeing project activities related to Oaky Creek Coal Monitoring compliance with contractual obligations to ensure projects are delivered within the agreed scope, budget and quality standards Assisting in developing the delivering the annual project cost budget Coordinating commissioning activities and witness testing with details defect/outstanding items registers to be provided Coordinating and issue all operational and final completion requirements and notices under the contract Coordinating demonstration of all plant services during plant handover Reviewing project completion documents by contractor Coordinating project debrief meeting with relevant stakeholders at project completion Executing maintenance plans while providing relevant information to ensure key performance indicators are met and improved on Working efficiently to optimise all project and maintenance activities of all surface infrastructure At Oaky Creek Coal, we hire for attitude and train for skill. As the successful Projects Coordinator, you will have: Good interpersonal, computer and problem-solving skills Similar experience working in an underground/surface mining operation Strong commitment to safety Focused and results-oriented Possess tertiary degree in Engineering or trade qualification (mandatory) Recognised qualification in Project Management (p referred) Previous experience interpreting Coal Mining Legislation, Acts and Codes would be highly regarded.
