The Role We're on the lookout for a motivated and solutions-focused Account Manager to join our growing Sydney team. The role will be working from our North Sydney (NSW) office and reporting directly to the General Manager, who is based in Maroochydore (QLD). What You’ll Do Business development: Actively pursue and secure new business partnerships.Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with installation partners, acting as their go-to expert on environmental certificate schemes.Simplify complexity: Interpret and explain energy efficiency policies and compliance requirements in a clear, actionable way.Drive results: Help partners unlock the full value of state and national energy efficiency schemes.Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with internal policy, operations, and technical teams to deliver seamless project execution.Stay ahead of change: Monitor regulatory developments and help partners adapt to evolving policy landscapes. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in account management, preferably within the state-based certificate programs Demonstrated business development experience and ability within the state-based certificate programsPrevious experience with an Accredited Certificate Provider (ACP) is strongly preferred.Deep understanding of energy efficiency or environmental policy frameworks.Excellent communication skills – confident in translating complex information into practical solutions.A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.A team player with a customer-first mindset. Your Responsibilities Will Include Growth of Ecovantage’s partner network within state-based environmental certificate schemesWorking with Ecovantage installation partners to create state-based Environmental Certificates.Identifying new opportunities with partners and stakeholders.Project managing program(s) under the New South Wales environmental certificate programs.Ensure timely and accurate communication to internal and external stakeholders.Ensure projects meet government compliance requirements in accordance with Ecovantage processes under the government environmental certificate programs.
