We’re looking for a Clinical Supervisor | Psychologist to support our dedicated team of child and adolescent therapists. About the Opportunity As a Clinical Supervisor and Psychologist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of child therapy within our practice. You’ll provide individual and group supervision, foster professional growth, and ensure clinical excellence across our team. The role is available full-time or part-time, with a minimum requirement of 3 days per week , based at Canning Vale and Mount Pleasant. What You’ll Be Doing ???? Provide regular individual and group supervision to clinicians in our team working with children and families. ??Facilitate engaging professional development activities for our child therapy team that enhance their skills, confidence and enjoyment in working with young people. ??Enthuse and support our child therapy team in their day-to-day work by creating, sharing, and refining practical tools, session resources, and therapeutic strategies that empower clinicians and enhance client outcomes. ???? Maintain a reduced therapy caseload across your specific areas of interest, including child, adolescent, and (if you wish) adult and couples’ therapy. ?? Support clinician wellbeing and cultivate a positive, values-driven team culture. ?? Ensure best practice standards and ethical compliance in clinical work. ?? A thorough understanding of and commitment to neuro-affirming and trauma-informed practices. ?? General registration as a psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and board-approved supervisor status (or willingness to obtain – we’re happy to support you with this during your first 6 months in the role). ?? Minimum 3 years clinical experience, including work with children and families. ???? Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising or mentoring mental health professionals. ?? A collaborative, down-to-earth leadership style and a passion for mentoring others. ????
