We believe that’s what makes us truly different! We are currently seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to provide care and support to our residents at Bethanie Kingsley Aged Care Home. One of our smaller sites, Bethanie Kingsley is a homely 37 bed facility with a focus on promoting independence and social activities. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide hands-on care to residents while supporting a multi-skilled team with a focus on learning and safety. This role is offered on a permanent part time basis, working 21 hours per fortnight across the following shifts: Week 1: Saturday 3pm - 9pm Week 2: Saturday 7am - 3.15pm and Sunday 7am - 3.15pm If you share a passion for person-centred care services and promoting a positive ageing experience for older people, we would love to hear from you! About You Currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse Previous experience in an aged care environment or with dementia care is an advantage, but is not essential Ability to work independently and professionally Ability to motivate staff and promote a positive work environment Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to confidently use clinical information systems Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of The Bethanie Group Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to apply for one) The Role Carrying out personal care plans in consultation with and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse Consulting with a Registered Nurse in planning care on a shift basis Assisting in assessing residents and ensuring all documentation is up to date and in accordance with company requirements Contributing to the physical, emotional and lifestyle needs and wants of residents Communicating effectively with a variety of stakeholders and contributing to teamwork within the workplace Participating in ongoing learning and development, both individually and as part of a larger team Working with Bethanie Many of us work because we want to make a difference.
