Take the lead on multi-residential documentation with a well-regarded, design-focused studio based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Our client is a growing architectural practice specialising in Class 1, 2 & 3 residential projects across Sydney's Northern Beaches. With a strong pipeline of work and a focus on high-quality design outcomes, they’re now seeking an experienced Architectural Documenter to join the team. In this role, you’ll focus exclusively on the documentation of Class 2 multi-residential projects, playing a pivotal part in delivering compliant, buildable documentation from DA through to construction. What you’ll be doing: Preparing detailed DA, CC, and tender documentation for Class 2 residential buildings. Collaborating with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve construction details. Ensuring all documentation is compliant, coordinated, and delivered on time. What you’ll bring: Proven experience documenting Class 2 residential projects in NSW. High proficiency in Revit is a must. Strong understanding of NSW planning regulations and construction codes. Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and maintain high attention to detail. A tertiary qualification in Architecture, Drafting or a related field.
