The Role You’ll manage a full file load with autonomy, supporting clients through purchase and sale transactions from start to finish. Handle residential conveyancing matters end-to-end Prepare contracts, liaise with third parties, conduct searches Arrange settlements and manage key deadlines Work across PEXA and other conveyancing platforms Collaborate closely with lawyers and directors for quality assurance Key Requirements 1 year solid conveyancing or property law experience Good understanding of ARNECC and PEXA procedures Organised and confident file manager with high attention to detail Team player who values communication and accountability Why Join?
