About the role: This exciting opportunity will be involved in complex M&A transactions and large commercial property developments. You will enjoy working independently whilst playing an important role in the coaching and mentorship of junior lawyers. Collaborate with the team to handle corporate and transactional matters. Provide accurate and thorough legal advice to clients. Draft and review commercial, corporate, and construction contracts. Work unsupervised on complex corporate / M&A transactions.
