About the Position: Run a diverse portfolio of insurance disputes—professional indemnity claims for engineers, designers and advisers; denied property/business claims; AFCA proceedings; and policy coverage advice. You’ll draft strategic opinions, engage experts and represent clients at AFCA, VCAT and superior courts while helping strengthen a growing referrer network.
