Job Summary: Provide payroll and finance consulting and customer care services to support Bus Operators’ compliance to complex Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBA) and industry regulations for our client base predominantly in Australia and New Zealand. About the Role As Payroll Consultant , you’ll provide payroll and finance consulting and customer care services to support Bus Operators’ compliance to complex enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBA) and industry regulations for our client base predominantly in Australia and New Zealand. You’ll have the opportunity to: Apply payroll best practice to the implementation of the payroll system, specifically regarding EBA reviews. Translate clients’ interpretations of complex EBAs for system configuration. Manage and deliver resolution of customer requirements and help requests, during implementations and operations, building and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in the process. Interpret modern awards, enterprise agreements and other conditions of employment for clients going through the implementation process. Design, document and deliver EBA interpretation and setup. Perform Internal Acceptance Testing of new functionality, new configurations & software releases. Assist with troubleshooting and client queries and coordinate with internal teams for successful delivery. Triage and solve customer support tickets. Identify & quote professional services to offer additional value to customers. Contribute to ongoing improvement of the system and our processes so we proactively meet customer needs. Contribute to the success of our Learning and Development capability through proactive knowledge transfer. What you’ll bring to the role: A comprehensive understanding of Australia & New Zealand labour legislation. CPA qualifications, or equivalent. An understanding of payroll software configurations. A strong customer service mindset focused on understanding and addressing customer needs. Analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex EBA and payroll-related issues effectively. A high level of organisational skill with the ability to manage multiple client projects or queries simultaneously. Questions?
