Easy to get along with and you have a good sense of humour. THE JOB: Client Liaison: Respond to enquiries. Follow up leads and ensure client has all relevant information needed. Meet with clients and able to sell on and off-line services. Provide information to clients about the website and design process, i.e. hosting, domains, SEO, CMS, social media, e-marketing, printing Provide information to clients about options & costs for the functionality of their projects. Liaise with any third parties (hosts, registries, IT departments, printers etc…) to ensure a smooth and pain-free process for the client. Ensure that the client is happy and informed on the project progress at all times. Report any potential client challenges to manager so solutions are found quickly. Project Workflow: Liaise with designers, printers and programmers to create detailed and accurate quotes. Work with the design and programming team to create timelines for the projects. Manage website projects from client brief to completion including providing training to clients if required. Liaise with designers, programmers, accounts and clients to ensure project runs on time and on budget. Report any potential project challenges (e.g. budget blowout, unreasonable requests, timeline blowouts) so that a suitable solution can be found quickly. Keep accurate records of supplier costs and provide invoice details for accounts. Please note you will work closely with the team on all tasks and you can always ask for help at any stage. Business Development / Marketing: Work with the team on business development activities, such as process improvement, systems development. Work with the team on marketing initiatives. Able to generate new work and meet with prospective clients. SALARY: 65 – 70K plus super depending on skills and experience. CONTRACT DATES This is a full time position with a 3-month trial period. Ideally we would like to someone to start ASAP but we are happy to wait until the New Year for the right person.
