This is a dynamic front-of-house role responsible for creating a world-class experience for guests, clients, and staff a true hospitality mindset is key. Reporting to the Director, Workplace Experience, this role delivers high-touch customer service and coordinates a range of office and workplace operations from visitor management to event support and onboarding coordination. Job Description Key Responsibilities Deliver a seamless guest welcome and arrival experience Manage meeting room bookings, set-up, catering and AV coordination Handle incoming calls, inboxes and general workplace enquiries Support events and floor operations, including office checks and reporting WHS issues Manage mail, couriers, lockers, and storage solutions Assist with onboarding logistics including welcome packs and IT coordination Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations Proactively improve workplace processes and enhance the customer journey About You Background in hospitality or premium front-of-house customer service Experience in a corporate or professional services environment Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, polished, and adaptable under pressure Confident managing bookings, events, and administrative tasks Comfortable using systems and tools to coordinate services Certificate III in Hospitality preferred Passionate about creating exceptional workplace experiences What We Offer A people-first culture that values collaboration and innovation Supportive leadership and team environment A role where no two days are the same Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
