Base pay range A$190,000.00/yr - A$200,000.00/yr We’re partnering with one of our leading financial services clients to support the delivery of key digital strategies across one of its largest divisions. As Senior Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and embedding change strategies that enable the adoption of digital solutions. You'll work closely with Product Owners, SMEs, and internal communications teams to drive awareness, adoption and alignment across various channels. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement tailored change and engagement strategies for digital solutions Conduct impact assessments and define user personas to shape change planning Lead engaging change activities such as workshops, training, interviews, and targeted communications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align change strategies with digital roadmaps Establish and monitor adoption metrics, feedback loops, and stakeholder sentiment Coordinate with change teams to standardise and embed change approaches across the business What We're Looking For: Proven experience in Change Management or Transformation roles, ideally in complex environments Strong background supporting digital, technology, or product-led change Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills Ability to design and deliver end-to-end change activities at both strategic and tactical levels Experience working in financial services or consulting is highly regarded If you believe you could be a good fit and your skill set aligns, I'd love to hear from you.
