About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Director to lead and deliver the full spectrum of HR services across. As a strategic member of the leadership team, you will oversee everything end to end acting as both a hands-on leader and a strategic advisor, driving initiatives that support business goals and employee growth. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits, learning and development, and offboarding. Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, career development, retention strategies, and leadership development. Manage onboarding processes directly to ensure a smooth and engaging employee experience. Collaborate with an external agency to manage payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Design and implement HR policies, programs, and practices to promote consistency and alignment across the organisation. Advise and support the senior leadership team as a trusted human capital business partner. Oversee compensation and benefits planning to support talent attraction and retention. Manage external HR service provider relationships. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field. 10 years' professional HR experience, ideally within a services-based business, with both corporate and operational exposure. Proven experience managing all aspects of HR end to end. Fluent in both Mandarin and English , with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational, multitasking, and prioritisation abilities.
