NSW Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to deliver award and workforce costings that shape industrial relations and workforce planning across the state. In this role, you'll apply your analytical skills to real-world workforce scenarios, producing high-impact reports and insights for time-sensitive negotiations. You’ll work closely with experienced analysts and policy teams, gaining exposure to Cabinet-level processes and workforce reform. What You’ll Be Doing Generate costing scenarios for proposed changes to award conditions using defined methodologies. Draft clear, concise reports that outline assumptions, methods, and outcomes. Work closely with the Principal Analyst, Manager Workforce Insights and Workforce Relations to validate and refine model outputs. Respond to urgent costing requests and provide evidence-based analysis to support decision-making. Maintain documentation of standard processes and ensure costing logic is auditable. About You We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with: Strong quantitative and analytical skills with experience producing financial or workforce costings. Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to clearly document assumptions and results. Experience working with large or complex financial and/or workforce data sets to support policy, industrial, or financial analysis. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Knowledge of and experience in NSW Health industrial relations frameworks, workforce data, or government processes is desirable.
