They have an exciting opportunity available for an APS5 Brand Officer to assist the team in ensuring successful marketing campaigns, brand management & marketing insights for the Agency. 12-month initial Labour Hire contract with the opportunity to extend. APS5 level role offering $55.24 hourly Superannuation. To be based out of Geelong. This is a hybrid position offering 2 days working from home, with the remaining 3 on site. 37.5-hour work weeks. About the role: The APS5 Brand Officer is required to provide detailed technical, professional, policy, operational support and advice in relation to complex problems. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting with the development and implementation of policies, procedures and plans that ensure brand governance such as Agency Brand Guidelines review, logo usage, trademark breaches are efficient.Supporting the fostering of creative consistencies across various critical brand touchpoints such as design, TV, social media, Website, UX, service design, engagement, partners and providers.The set up, management and continuous improvement of a data asset management system. By this we are referring to the development of a hub of our resources and aligned consent. This project looks to create a more seamless way to track and monitor asset use and application.Administration relating to tracking and following up on any brand misuse or trademark breaches along with any trademark proposals across the Agency.Auditing template usage for consistency externally.Supporting marketing administration logistics including, but not limited to:co-ordination and liaison with participants and photographers for participant photoshoots (corporate photography).managing the marketing inbox including triaging and responding to emailssourcing suppliers, briefing suppliers, contract and budgetary administrationdesktop research to inform approaches and continuous improvement effortsother administrative support as required.
