About the role We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our talented culinary team at Bells At Killcare, a luxury boutique hotel and restaurant located in the stunning Killcare Heights, NSW. As a full-time Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in the smooth running of our acclaimed kitchen, contributing to the delivery of exceptional dining experiences for our guests. What you'll be doing Working closely with the Executive Sous Chef to prepare and cook high-quality dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients Expertly executing all assigned tasks and duties within your designated station Maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards at all times Assisting with menu development and contributing ideas to enhance our culinary offerings Providing guidance and support to junior kitchen staff, sharing your expertise and knowledge Ensuring a clean, organised and efficient work environment in your station Collaborating with the wider hospitality team to deliver exceptional customer service What we're looking for Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a high-quality restaurant or hotel environment Strong working knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation Excellent time management and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards Ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team and contribute to a positive kitchen culture Passion for creating innovative, delicious dishes using fresh, seasonal produce Relevant qualifications in hospitality or culinary arts would be highly regarded What we offer At Bells At Killcare, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive, rewarding and enriching work environment.
