The role develops HR policies and procedures that align with the global HR strategy and deliver on local business objectives. Job specification Partner with Country Heads and senior stakeholders on complex and strategic HR topics to provide guidance and business support Work closely with the regional and local HR team to deliver on key KPIs and objectives Create, implement, and maintain action plans for HR policy and procedure changes ensuring compliance with all local legislation in line with Group standards, keeping up to date with employment legislation changes and updates across Australia Deliver the implementation and execution of the people strategy and key employee lifecycle activities Partner with the CoEs and ensure that all onshore activities are delivered in conjunction with the offshore teams.
