We’re looking for an experienced Business Case Lead to be an integral member of our South Queensland Integrated Transport Planning team. Join our team of globally connected specialists to help solve complex transport challenges and experience groundbreaking projects from idea to delivery, and beyond. As a Technical Director within the Integrated Transport Planning team, you will be responsible for leading the development of all stages of Business Case processes for major transport infrastructure projects in Queensland and the broader Asia Pacific Region. Your role will involve managing project delivery, preparing business case documentation in accordance with Project Assessment Framework (PAF) and OnQ Project Management Framework for funding approvals, and supporting clients in achieving effective investment outcomes. What you will bring to the team: At least 15 years' experience consulting or client-side experience within the public infrastructure industry, preferably in transport infrastructure Degree Qualification in Engineering, Planning, Economics, Commerce, or a related discipline Demonstrated experience in leading business case processes in accordance with PAF and OnQ frameworks for transport infrastructure projects High-level client relationship management skills Demonstrated experience overseeing project delivery in the capacity of Business Case Lead, Study Lead, Project Manager or Project Director Demonstrated expertise in business development and established working relationships with key government agencies. Proven leadership in the management of multiple stakeholder expectations during project delivery Experience in the mentoring and development of team members Exceptional written and verbal communication skills An ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a virtual office environment with team members in the Asia Pacific Region.
