About the Role: Join our vibrant Front Office team at Mantra Terrace Hotel – a boutique-style hotel located in the heart of Brisbane's CBD. We’re looking for a warm, energetic, and customer-focused Guest Service Agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll be the face of our hotel – greeting with a smile, handling check-ins/outs, managing guest requests, and ensuring each stay is smooth and welcoming from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional service to guests throughout their stay Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using a hotel PMS system (Opera Cloud experience desirable but not essential) Respond to guest queries and requests with professionalism and efficiency Handle credit card transactions accurately Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and issue resolution Maintain the presentation of the front desk and lobby area Assist with administrative tasks and hotel operations as required About You: Previous front office or customer service experience (hospitality preferred) Passion for delivering outstanding guest service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident in handling high-pressure situations calmly Reliable, well-presented, and detail-oriented Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays Must have the legal right to work in Australia Why Join Us?
