Kitchen Supervisor About the role We are looking for a dynamic, career focused Kitchen Supervisor who is experienced in Italian and pub style cuisine. This is a hands on role, which will involve stock ordering and control, staff supervision, meal service and preparation. Your duties will include: Assist the Head Chef with managing all kitchen operations Assist in managing and developing the kitchen team effectively to ensure a well organised and motivated team Preparation and delivery of menu items Ordering and managing stock/waste management Complying with workplace health and safety regulations Assist the Head Chef with menu development and preparation Ensure positive and professional communication between FOH and BOH teams To be successful in this role you will have to: Bring a positive team-oriented approach Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Have excellent communication skills Have a hands on approach Encourage and maintain a positive can-do work culture __ Production Kitchen Crew About the role This is a hands-on role that starts early, with shifts beginning at 4:00 AM, making it ideal for early risers who enjoy finishing their day ahead of the crowd. As a member of our production kitchen team, you’ll be responsible for preparing and assembling a range of fresh grab-and-go items, including salads, sandwiches, wraps, and light meals. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where efficiency, accuracy, and food safety are essential. The role also involves assisting with stock rotation and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.
