The role : Are you an experienced, highly motivated individual who has experience in commercial project supervision ? IRT Roofing is seeking a Commercial Metal Roofing Supervisor to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in our mission to deliver outstanding projects with precision and quality. About you: Must have a minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervision role Must have over 10 years commercial roofing experience Must have experience dealing and communicating with clients/foremen in a professional manner Must have excellent time management skills Must have the ability to measure and order all elements of roofing Must have a QLD driver’s license Must have a Valid Australian work visa or Australian resident /citizen Some travel may be required from time to time Must be able to get along with site staff, workers and customers Duties: Must have the ability to manage leading hands, roofers and contractors Supervise the whole roofing process from hand over to completion Sign ITPs where required Supervise and organize subcontractors when required Supervise and assist planning labour requirements for upcoming projects Oversee site set up and completion Communicate and work with other trades if required Ensuring quality and implementing standards Must have the ability to resolve site disputes Manage OH&S requirements Have the ability to read plans, scope of works and specs Ensuring delivery of project on time & budget The ability to work with suppliers and co-ordinate logistics 110k-120k Salary based on experience Fully maintained twin cab vehicle iPhone Ipad
