Have meaningful impact as a Business Claims Consultant YOUR ROLE We’re looking for Business Claims Consultants to join our dynamic team within Direct Insurance Australia, supporting either Property OR Motor Claims , based in Perth, WA. As a Business Claims Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers who’ve experienced a loss to their business or livelihood. You’ll deliver empathetic support and exceptional service, helping customers feel safe and confident during challenging times. Your role involves managing claims end-to-end, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring outcomes meet IAG’s high standards. You’ll work Monday to Friday, with flexibility to support team goals and customer needs. This is a Full Time, Permanent position working 1 day a week in the office.
