From assessments and referrals to assistive technology support, you’ll deliver practical solutions that enhance daily living—while building a career with real purpose. This is a fixed-term part time role (11 month, 0.9FTE). Key responsibilities: Deliver tailored assessments and therapy to enhance functional independence and quality of life. Using a person-centred approach undertake clinical assessment and support the access to specialised assistive technology and equipment Monitor service delivery to ensure it meets company policies, procedures, standards and contractual obligations Maintain accurate, timely documentation and case plans within our Client Management System Report issues relating to or impacting service delivery to the Program Manager Contribute to process improvement and service excellence Mentor OT students and support professional development within the team Other duties as required Desired Skills and Experience Essential Skills and Attributes: A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy (or related field) Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care Up-to-date knowledge of philosophy, legislation, standards and policies relating to disability and aged community care services in both the state and national arena Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills Ability to travel to client sites and service locations as required Previous experience in disability, community, or health sectors preferred Proven ability to think innovatively and deliver outcomes in line with best practice Desirable Skills and Attributes: Experience supporting clients with disability, vision impairment, or acquired brain injury Knowledge of NDIS and funding frameworks Proficiency in recommending and prescribing assistive technologies Required Compliance Documentation National Police Clearance NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Valid WA Driver’s licence Registration: AHPRA Registration ☒ Bachelor of Science (Occupational Therapy) or equivalent Annual Influenza Vaccination Benefits: In return, you will be rewarded with: Up to 3 days additional paid leave during year-end holiday season!
