About the Role We’re looking for a driven and professional Sales Representative to join our team at Imaging Solutions, based at our Park Ridge, QLD headquarters. In this role, you will manage and grow our customer base across interstate territories, with regular travel (approximately two weeks per month) required to service the region. This is a dual-function role, combining account management and business development. You’ll support existing clients by maintaining strong relationships and promoting our core product offerings, while also identifying new opportunities, whether by opening new accounts or expanding product adoption within existing ones. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date CRM records, including sales quotes, opportunities, appointments, communications, and client activity, ensuring alignment with our broader sales strategy and full visibility across the team. Working closely with the marketing team, your efforts will support and amplify strategic campaigns, ensuring consistent brand representation and customer engagement across your territory. Skills and Experience Proven experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a healthcare environment. Demonstrated ability to manage a sales territory, including travel and face-to-face client engagement. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to maintain and grow existing accounts. Track record in business development, including identifying new sales opportunities and converting leads into results. Experience using a CRM system to manage sales quotes, pipeline opportunities, appointments, and client communication. Ability to work independently while aligning with broader marketing and sales strategies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident, professional manner. Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and a remote client base. Value Adding Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Business or a related field.
