Background Mas National, part of IntoWork Australia, is a not-for-profit business providing employment and training opportunities for individuals and communities across Australia. Mas National are an Apprentice Connect Provider and are contracted by the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) to deliver Australian Apprenticeship Support Services across QLD, NSW, ACT, SA and TAS. Our knowledgeable and passionate team support employers, stakeholders and individuals from pre-commencement through to completion of an apprenticeship or traineeship. Key Responsibilities · Facilitate engaging and interactive training to onboard new staff and continue to upskill existing staff · Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement training plans and sessions · Maintain and create procedures in line with relevant guidelines and expectations · Create and maintain reporting on training delivered including attendance and completion rates · Support with general administrative duties including managing our Learning Management System (LMS) · Provide post training one on one coaching support Essential Skills and Experience · Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you enjoy engaging with people and building trust · Problem solving mindset – You can assess situations and provide proactive support with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement · Attention to detail – a focus on ensuring procedures and collateral is correct prior to the roll out of training · Strong time management skills – the ability to pan and facilitate your day working to ensure multiple priorities are completed Desirable · Experience in mentoring, coaching, or training · Knowledge of apprenticeships, traineeships, or vocational education Bonus · Certificate IV in TAE or and equivalent qualification Relevant Checks The successful candidate must hold or be willing to obtain: · A current Working with Children Check · A National Police check · Driver’s license (desirable) What Mas is Offering A fulltime, 38 hours per week with a competitive salary (based on skills and experience). Flexibility, is available and can be negotiated after the initial training period.
