What You Bring The ideal candidate will have an interest in Workers Compensation, along with the following experience: Respondent and defendant experience within a well-regarded, fast paced practiceStrong litigation and research skillsExperience acting for scheme agents, treasury managed fund agents, self and specialised injuriesExperience advising on liability, quantum and litigation strategyComprehensive understanding of relevant legislation, regulations and recent changesDemonstrated experience in recoveriesA self-starter, able to work in a team environment The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to build strong client relationships.
