We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused New Business and Retention Officer to join our RAC Motoring team in Joondalup. You’ll play a key role in driving growth through new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. What you’ll be doing: Responding to customers enquiries (inbound & outbound) relating to motoring products and services across various channels (phone, email, online, in person). Actively identifying opportunities to grow our motoring portfolio by promoting RAC’s products to new and existing customers. Building strong, lasting relationships with customers to improve retention and drive repeat business. Following up quotes and loan applications to ensure a smooth and timely experience for customers. Maintaining accurate records and supporting documentation in accordance with compliance standards. What you’ll bring: Previous experience in a sales , customer service environment ( motoring, transport & logistics preferred ). A strong customer-first mindset and the ability to build rapport quickly. Proven ability to meet KPIs and work in a results-driven environment. Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
