As the Associate Director for the new Faculty of Health, Medicine and Behavioural Sciences’ (HMBS) Research Office , you will play a pivotal role in creating a high-performing research environment that drives growth in funding, knowledge translation, and community impact. About You The ideal candidate will bring significant leadership experience in managing research centres or research administration within a university, government, or industry setting. You’ll have strong project management skills, with the ability to work under pressure, quickly absorb complex information, and apply it to drive organisational success. A solid understanding of Australian granting agencies, international funding opportunities, and the policy frameworks shaping tertiary education and research is essential.
