Our Omnichannel CX team is looking for a Senior Manager of Digital Design Systems to lead the evolution of our global design infrastructure. Let's Talk About the role This role is a unique opportunity to lead and scale Resmedâs design system practice â building the foundations that connect experience, brand, accessibility, and product delivery across digital touchpoints. Youâll be responsible for driving adoption of our design system across teams and regions, managing the governance and evolution of system components, and partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Accessibility, and Brand teams to ensure consistency and quality across our digital ecosystem. Let's Talk about What Youâll be responsible for: Leading the strategy and evolution of ResMedâs digital design system Working with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure the system supports both user and business needs Driving adoption across teams by showcasing value, enabling contribution, and embedding best practice Scaling accessibility and inclusive design through integrated system guidelines and components Managing design system operations: tooling, documentation, process, versioning, and governance Coaching and mentoring a team of designers and system contributors Connecting design system metrics to product quality and efficiency outcomes Let's Talk About you Youâre a seasoned design leader with deep expertise in design systems , UX/UI , and digital accessibility, with at least 3-5 years of experience managing a design system You have experience working at scale â across multiple products, platforms, or regions You know how to balance the craft of design with the needs of engineering and product delivery You bring clarity, structure, and energy to cross-functional collaboration Youâre passionate about making design scalable, accessible, and impactful Why join us?
