About our Team The Explosive Ordnance Maintenance Directorate (EOMD) is an integral part of GWEO Maritime & Maintenance Branch, which is part of the wider Guided Weapons and Explosive Ordnance Group but more broadly the Department of Defence. GWEO Group has personnel and facilities in Canberra, Sydney, Amberley, Melbourne, Perth and Adelaide and our focus is to acquire and sustain guided weapons and munitions for the Australian Defence Force. EOMD are situated across Australia in NSW, QLD and WA supporting Missiles, Torpedo's, Captive Air Training Missiles (CATMs), and other Guided Weapons.
